    • Modular or Compact ICS
    • MICS DR1.1 or XC1.1software or higher
    • CICS DR1.0 or higher
    • Norstar Global Analog Caller ID Line Card(s) (required for screen-pop)
    • Norstar CTA100 (Computer Telephony Adapter) - VCM requires just one CTA to connect every Norstar phone
    • One Norstar telephone jack in proximity to VCM Server (does not require dedicated jack)
