Remote Assistance is a web based service which allows ConverTec's Sales and Technical Support teams to provide the following services:

 
●  Remote product installations      
●  Remote product upgrades    
●  Remote tech support     Please click on the icon above when asked to by a ConverTec Support Technician.  Note that a fee will be charged if not under warranty or a current Assurance Plan subscriber.
●  Remote product demonstrations    

 

Remote Assistance is included in ConverTec's Assurance Plan. The only requirement is that you have high speed internet service.
