CRM Integrator & CALL Navigator Certified by Nortel as Compatible Products on the BCM50 Release 3.0 and the new BCM450

13 Nov, 2008 -- CRM Integrator and CALL Navigator underwent successful testing at Nortel's test lab in Belleville Ontario Canada, on Nortel's latest release of it's very successful Business Communications Manager (BCM) 50 release 3.0 and the newest member of the BCM family, the BCM450.  The BCM450 provides support for mid size companies with up to 300 phones.

CRM Integrator and CALL Navigator compliment the software applications available on the BCM platform.  Both CRM Integrator and CALL Navigator provide Unified Communication capabilities for business's wishing to improve user productivity, internal communications and customer service.
