CRM Integrator for ACT! Released

CRM Integrator for ACT! seamlessly integrates
Nortel's Business Communications Manager (BCM) and
Norstar phone systems to Sages ACT!.
CRM
Integrator for ACT! is the second CRM solution in the family of
CRM Integrator products. CRM Integrator for
Microsoft Outlook was launched in January 2008 with
overwhelming response from both Nortel Partners and
their customers.
"What companies are looking for today is a way to
integrate applications their employees use on a daily
basis in order to simplify tasks, improve productivity
and be able to deliver a higher quality of customer
service" explains Doug Moffat, President of ConverTec
Inc. "We didn't stop with ACT! screen pops and
outbound dialing, we included the ability for people to see who's
calling, answer their phone and provide presence
information to be displayed on colleagues phone display,
all from a dockable tool bar on the desktop".
Additional features provided include; logging of
incoming calls including calls that went unanswered,
various docking abilities, place a call on hold, release a call and
enable/disable do not disturb on your phone.
Additional CRM Integrator solutions such as Goldmine and
Sales Force Automation are being added to the CRM Integrator
family later this year.
