Console.NET Version 3.0 is the first major release since its introduction in 2003.  There have been many new features added, performance improvements and improved management capabilities. 

New Enterprise packages have been added to capitalize on the inherent IP networking capabilities of the BCM allowing companies with networked BCM (and Norstar) sites a flexible and cost effective way to deploy one or more Attendant Consoles throughout the Enterprise.  The Attendant(s) can see all extensions throughout the Enterprise allowing for a more informed method of answering calls.  These packages are included in a new Dealer price list which is available from the Dealer Resource Center.

Other highlights of Console.NET v3.0 include;

• Ability added to send scrolling text messages to the display of phones from Console.NET
• Added the ability to intercom and transfer calls to remote BCM’s and Norstar systems
• Added the ability to transfer a call directly into a remote mailbox (no centralized voice mail required)
• New Telephone Messaging feature allows users to set their status using their phone (optional purchase, license enabled)
• New Call Waiting with Advanced Call Control feature added
• New PBX Server Manager utility added to manage all remote (networked) sites from one central PC

• Console.NET was purchased within the last 60 days or

• the Assurance Plan was purchased and is current
