VCM & CALL Link receive upgrades to support new BCM and Norstar releases

May 12, 2005 -- VCM v3.3 is now available with added support for Nortel's Business Communications Manager (BCM) 3.7, BCM50 and Norstar 7.0

CALL Link v3.05.6 b1.04 is now available with support added for Norstar MICS/CICS 7.0

Customers may upgrade at no cost providing their purchase date is within the 60 day warranty period or the Assurance Plan was purchased .
