VCM for BCM 3.6 is released

July 21, 2004 -- Visual Call Manager (VCM) version 3.2 b1.29 is released with support added for BCM 3.6. "Along with adding support for BCM 3.6, we have discontinued support for BCM 3.0 and older software versions", explains Doug Moffat. "The reason for this is to maintain continuity with Nortel's philosophy. Nortel is offering free BCM software upgrades in North America in an effort to provide their customers with the most reliable and current feature set".
