ConverTec Dealer Resource Center Launched

November 27, 2004 -- ConverTec launched the Dealer Resource Center to provide Dealer's access to various resources such as;

• Sales and Technician Training
• Price lists
• Sales aides such as Power Point customer presentations
• Product documentation
• Distributor Information System (create purchase orders, generate licenses & key codes, review purchase history)

"The Dealer Resource Center provides our Dealers with the tools to enable them to maximize their selling potential" explained Bill Wilson President of ConverTec.  "One area we focused on is Sales and Technician training.  The new Exam Center allows Dealers to complete online accreditation exams for as many sales representatives and technicians as they wish, all at no cost.  We feel an educated Dealer is a successful Dealer", Mr. Wilson explained.

Another powerful tool found in the Dealer Resource center is the Distributor Information System (DI System).  The DI System allows Dealers to place orders, generate key codes and licenses 24/7.  Authorized Dealer personal can also generate historical purchase reports and assign an unlimited number of technicians to generate key codes and licenses.  Confirmation of all purchases is emailed to the Dealer.
