WestBau Technologies Inc becomes ConverTec Inc.

February 21, 2001 -- WestBau Technologies Inc., a leading developer of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, today announced that it has changed its Corporate name from WestBau Technologies Inc., the name established by its previous Saskatchewan-based owners, to ConverTec Inc., a name considered more suitable in today's high tech business environment. Coincident with the change of name, the Corporation has discontinued its registration in Saskatchewan under the name WestBau Technologies Inc., and is continuing as an Ontario registered Corporation under the name of ConverTec Inc.
