ConverTec Inc. to launch CALL Link Call™ Manager and new website at CT Expo

March 1, 2001 -- ConverTec Inc., a leading developer of convergent technology for the CRM industry introduces its new CALL Link™ Call Manager product and will launch its new Website (www.convertecinc.com.) March 5th at this year’s CT Expo. We will be located in the CRM & Call Center Pavilion, booth 2723, March 6th-8th at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

CALL Link™ Call Manager provides superior desktop telephony control. It is integrated to Nortel Networks Meridian Norstar phone features such as answer, transfer, park and page. Advanced features allow users to view all Norstar telephones and screen pop to contact managers. Users may enter messages to be displayed on all Call Manager desktops.

CALL Link™ Call Manager is exclusive to Norstar phone systems and will include the Business Communication Manager Q3/2001. Call Manager is part of the award winning CALL Link™ family of products. ConverTec Inc. is an Approved Open Developer for Nortel Networks. CALL Link™ has received two international product awards; The Computer Telephone Integration Magazine “CTI Product of the Year-1998 and TELECONNECT “BEST of SHOW –2000”.

Our family of CALL Link™ products currently operates on Nortel Networks’ Meridian Norstar and Digital Centrex platforms. CALL Link™ features sophisticated database integration with “screen-pop” to many popular databases and contact managers. Other features include outbound dialing from the desktop and call tracking.
