Joe Casullo, Telecom Specialist with NAV Canada remarked "We searched for a product that would provide the functionality we required with the reliability that our business demands; we selected ConverTec's Visual Call Manager. We looked at various products, including Nortel Networks PC Console, none of which offered the functionality we required. ConverTec also provided additional features we required by customizing Visual Call Manager allowing our staff to maximize the benefits of CTI".
