Kenilworth Publishing (www.kenilworth.com) selects Visual Call Manager (VCM) to integrate their new Nortel Norstar phone system to their database, Maximizer Enterprise.

October 22, 2001 -- Kenilworth Publishing, publisher of 7 award winning trade magazines was looking for a way to help improve their customer service as well as improve on their internal communication efficiencies. Rudy Kral, Kenilworth's Vice President of IT elected to replace their existing Avaya (formerly Lucent) telephone system with a Nortel Norstar system in order to realize the gains that VCM offers. The integration to their Maximizer database provides all VCM users screen pops, outbound dialing and call control from the desktop.
