ConverTec and Itel of England have signed a Distribution agreement to support the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa) region

Itel is a leading Telephony hardware/software distributor in Europe. Itel offers Resellers, such as British Telecom, value added services such as 24/7 support, tech and sales training and software customization.

Console.NET, ConverTec's newest product based upon web services, is being developed using globalization. Console.NET will initially have 5 languages (English, French, Italian, German and Spanish) available when released this spring.
