VCM v3.01 build 1.22 is released with an enhanced feature set

March 28, 2003 -- Features added are:

• Voice Mail Transfer; calls can be transferred directly to a users mailbox by clicking on an extension button.
• DND Status; Phones that are in Do Not Disturb mode will indicate DND on the VCM interface.
• Transfer to Call Center Skill sets; Calls can easily be transferred to BCM Skill sets by drag & drop or clicking on the transfer button.
• Screened Transfer; Calls can be supervised or screened prior to transferring.
