In IIS, open the "Web Service Extensions" folder. On the right side, Web Server Extensions are listed and specify whether the yare prohibited or allowed. ASP.Net and Active Server pages must be in the list and set to "Allow".

Solution:
- Browse to the Console.NET folder under C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ConsoleNET
