Distributor Alliance Council
is a forum of
Nortel authorized Channel Partners and

Twice a year, approximately 350 DAC members come
together, with Nortel, for interactive
working sessions, committee meetings, and
presentations on Nortel products, service,
training, and business operations.
Conferences take place in North America at a
location chosen by the host distributor for
each conference.
As a sponsor of the event, ConverTec will be
highlighting its new CRM Integrator for
Microsoft Outlook and CALL Analyzer
applications for BCM and Norstar.
