CALL Analyzer is the
newest member of ConverTec's Enterprise Office Suite of Unified
Communication solutions for Nortel's BCM and Norstar platforms.
CALL Analyzer is a browser based managerial tool which
allows an enterprise manager to more effectively manage his or her
telecommunication facilities by quickly and easily producing reports
based upon telephone calls in and out of an office.

Unique Abilities
CALL Analyzer does not use the traditional SMDR method
to track phone activity, rather it uses Nortel's CTE from both the BCM
and Norstar phone systems. The benefit of using Nortel's CTE is
that it not only provides call data for traditional reports, but also
call data that allows unique reports to be created that traditional
SMDR is not capable of. These reports assist in managing an
organization.

CALL Analyzer User Interface
One goal in developing the CALL Analyzer user interface
was to provide a product that people wouldn't need a manual to
operate. This goal has been achieved allowing reports to be
quickly and easily generated with just a few clicks of a mouse.

Expandable
CALL Analyzer is part of the ConverTec Enterprise Office
Suite of products which allows customers the ability to easily and
economically add additional applications and build upon their original
