This download package contains all CEO Suite applications (currently CALL Navigator, CRM Integrator for Outlook and ACT! along with CCS Manager) ConverTec Communication Server (CCS) module, documentation and all Microsoft required components to get you up and running.

- Console.NET for BCM requires one BCM LAN CTE license per BCM. Norstar installations require one Norstar CTA100 per Norstar system. Both are available from a Nortel Networks Reseller.
- Internet access is required to retrieve a 30 day trial license.
- Trial licenses may be configured for an unlimited number of networked sites and Console.NET users. See the Quick Install Guide for details on installation and licensing.
